Who we are
The company responsible for your data is Wandering Yacht Montenegro, whose details are above. For anything about your data, write to us at:
What we collect
When you send one of our forms, we receive what you type: your name, your e-mail address and the details of your enquiry (dates, number of guests, location, your vessel, your message).
We also record the address of your connection (IP address) to protect the forms from abuse. The team's tool stores it as a hash (a one-way code), not as the address itself.
Why we use it
We use this data to answer you and to prepare the charter or the service you ask about. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a contract.
Where it is stored
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Your enquiry is stored in the team's tool, hosted in the European Union: its database is at Supabase in Frankfurt and its servers at Vercel in Frankfurt. The e-mail that tells the team about your enquiry goes through Resend, in its European region.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry while we handle it and, if a contract follows, while that contract is handled. After that, we keep what accounting law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tool. Your language choice is part of the page address; nothing is stored on your device.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, and you can object to its processing. You can also complain to the data protection authority competent for you. To exercise a right, write to us at:
